For all retail establishments with a valid resale tax certificate your first order must be prepaid. Returns require prior authorization. If you received damaged or defective merchandise you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange to have those items picked up at our expense, and will replace or repair the defective or damaged items at our discretion.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. Availaseat offers shipping within the United States and its territories. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. The Availaseat comes with a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. The warranty included with your purchased product is your exclusive warranty.
